The Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation – Office of Policy and Sustainable Practices (OPSP) is hosting a Food Waste Awareness Week in April 2022 (April 4-9). The goal in hosting a Food Waste Awareness Week is to bring together food waste leaders and experts from across the state to highlight the many issues surrounding food waste and to inspire people to take action to reduce food waste and increase food recovery and diversion in Tennessee.
