green|spaces is a perfect venue for your next corporate retreat, workshop, or private event. 

Our LEED-certified green building is built sustainably with environmentally friendly materials and an energy-efficient design.

Included in Rental:

  • Capacity for 75 (unseated, perfect for networking or mixer events)

  • Tables & Chairs for 65

  • Projector & Screen

  • On-site composting bins

  • Free wifi

  • Open to outside caterers but no oven, stovetop, or refrigerator space

  • High-top table for buffet

Weekend Rental Fees:

  • Non-Members: $150/hour

  • Members: $75/hour

Weekday Rental Fees:

  • Non-Member: $80/hour

  • Members: $40/hour

Additional Rental Fees:

  • Serving of alcoholic beverages: $140 per event

    • Disclaimer: Alcohol usage during events involves additional waste management and insurance considerations. This impacts our sustainability efforts and coverage. Minimizing alcohol-related waste supports our commitment to a cleaner, eco-conscious environment and responsible event practices. Your understanding is appreciated!

  • Over 50 attendees (max capacity 75 people): $120 per event

  • Cleaning fee: $50 per event
