WHAT IS C-PACER FINANCING AND HOW DOES IT AFFECT CHATTANOOGA?

Nicole Robben is a VP of Originations at Petros PACE, providing energy efficiency financing to all commercial asset classes (hospitality, multifamily, office, retail, warehouse, industrial, senior living). Nicole joined Petros a year and a half ago and has been providing PACE financing throughout the country with a focus on her home state of Tennessee.

Prior to Petros PACE, Nicole was the Director of Commercial Real Estate at Pathway Lending, a nonprofit Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), specializing in multifamily affordable housing financing throughout Tennessee.

Nicole has been in the lending and community/economic development sector for 20 years. She moved to Nashville 6 years ago from Milwaukee where she worked for a couple years for PACE Equity (providing PACE financing), and prior to that at LISC, a nationally known CDFI, financing a variety of projects to revitalize lower income communities.

Nicole graduated from James Madison University cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Economics.


Eric Asboe is the Deputy Administrator of City Planning for the City of Chattanooga. In that role, he helped create Chattanoga's 2023 Climate Action Plan, leads the annual strategic capital budgeting process, and helps implement other long-range plans. Working with City departments, surrounding jurisdictions, and organizations across Chattanooga, Eric is passionate about shaping the City in sustainable, vibrant ways with and for all Chattanoogans.
