Morgan Holl is the founder of Overlooked Materials, a Chattanooga startup with the mission of improving circularity through experiential recycling practices. As a recycler, your engagement in circularity typically ends when your bin reaches the curb. We give you a front row seat for what happens beyond the curb. Overlooked’s foundational product and service offerings focus on solving a broken glass recycling ecosystem in the Chattanooga metro area.
Prior to starting Overlooked Materials, Morgan held private sector roles in general management, strategy, and M&A. He spent the first part of his career in strategic and financial planning with the US Department of Defense. Morgan most recently served as the Vice President of Strategy and Digital Products at Dover Corporation's (NYSE:DOV) Environmental Solutions Group (ESG), where he led overall strategy formulation and oversaw two technology portfolio companies for the Chattanooga-headquartered business.
Morgan has a BA in Economics and Spanish from the University of Virginia, as well as an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, where he was an Edward Tuck Scholar. Morgan, along with his wife Tracy and their three daughters, are all proud to be planting roots in Chattanooga. They look forward to investing in this region's success in the years to come.
