Brice Breakey named as Manager of The Green Prix

green|spaces, Chattanooga’s non-profit organization dedicated to promoting sustainability, is excited to announce the hiring of Brice Breakey as the new Manager of The Green Prix. With a background in event management and community engagement, Breakey is poised to engage the community, contribute to regional sustainability efforts, and drive the success of The Green Prix, which will take place on April 5th and 6th at Volkswagen of Chattanooga.

Brice has worked with top-tier esports organizations such as Rogue and Cloud9. His expertise in organizing and promoting large-scale events will be an asset to green|spaces, as they continue to expand their reach and promote sustainable practices in the community.

As The Green Prix Manager, Brice will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bi-annual race: a student-led, designed, and built electric power race car event.  "Through The Green Prix program, students don’t simply learn about electric vehicles – they build them, race them, and discover a world of possibilities that lies ahead. We believe that The Green Prix is empowering a generation to embrace sustainable technology and shape a greener future,” said Rick Bowers, Executive Director at green|spaces.

Bowers continues, "We are thrilled to have Brice join our team as the new Green Prix Manager. His passion for sustainability as well as his experience and knowledge in racing electric vehicles make him the perfect fit for this role.
